star | Staff of Kinrara assemblyman Teresa Kok caught a man using black paint to “decorate” the front entrance wall of her office in Jalan Kuchai Lama.
The 42-year-old man, believed to be mentally unstable, was caught by the staff at 2pm on Wednesday when they returned from lunch.
City police chief Deputy Commissioner Datuk Muhammad Sabtu Osman said the man was “writing” Chinese characters on the wall. The characters read: “Teresa you only tell lies.”
