HALTED...Operations at the Agro Bank located on the ground level of the Pendang district trading complex in Kedah was suspended for about five hours after a lorry smashed into the premises yesterday. The lorry had been heading from Tanah Merah from Bukit Perak when it went out of control and crashed into the front of the bank at 7.30am, smashing into an automated teller machine before coming to a stop. Bank branch manager Lodz Shahidan said losses from the incident came to about RM100,000.
