Perak State Assembly Speaker, voters and Exco members will be filling suit against Election Commission today 2.30pm at the Kuala Lumpur High Court, Jalan Duta, to compel EC to conduct by-elections for Behrang, Changkat Jering & Jelapang.
Questions of law to be referred to Federal Court will also be announced today by Justice Lau Bee Lan this afternoon.
